Terms & Conditions – Visa Services

The following terms apply to all visa services provided by Otolat Rahlatcom. By completing payment, the client is deemed to have read and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

1. No Refund After Payment

All amounts paid for visa services are non-refundable once payment is completed. This includes visa file preparation fees and service fees.

2. Travel Insurance

The office is not responsible for travel insurance of any kind. The client is responsible for purchasing it directly from authorised providers.

3. Third-Party Bookings & Services

Flights, hotels, visas, cruises, and international driving permits — where any refund exists — are governed by the service provider's policy. Approved refund requests are processed within 1 to 45 working days.

4. Additional Fees

The client bears any additional fees that the service provider may impose at a later date.

5. Services Paid Outside the Office

The client is not entitled to claim a refund for any amounts paid for services outside of the office.

6. Existing Valid Visa

If the client already holds a valid visa and does not disclose it before the application is started, all amounts paid are non-refundable.

7. Providing Information & Documents

The client must provide all requested information and documents within 24 hours. Failure to do so cancels the application without any right to refund.

8. Final Agreement

Completing the purchase of any service from the office is considered the client's final and binding agreement to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
