Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Customer Cancellation

• 30+ days before departure: 75% refund
• 15-29 days before: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

2. Visa Applications

Visa service fees are non-refundable once processing has started. If the visa is rejected, Otolat Rahlatcom retains only the service fee, and consulate fees are refunded per each embassy's policy.

3. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases we may cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, security situations, etc.). In this case:

• Full refund of paid amount
• Alternative travel date offered
• Or credit for future trips

4. Refund Processing Time

All refund requests are processed within 10-14 business days from approval date. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

5. Exceptional Cases

We may consider special refund requests in documented emergencies (death, serious illness) at management's discretion.
